Primary Maths
Overview
Concept first, fluency second, problem solving always. Using bar models, number-sense routines, and structured practice, learners master core topics and explain their reasoning clearly, so later algebra feels natural. For our MOE classes, our progression explicitly builds PSLE heuristics and stamina.
Alignment & delivery
Supports MOE and international syllabi. Run in-centre or online, group or 1-to-1. Teachers use diagnostic checks and targeted practice to secure automaticity and reasoning. Offered in-centre at Bedok Reservoir Park or online. Classes are led by skilled, fully trained primary school educators who follow the specified JF Smart Learning curriculum.

- Place Value & Operations: flexible strategies for addition/subtraction/multiplication/division
- Fractions & Decimals: equivalence, comparison, percentages (intro)
- Measurement: length, mass, volume, time, money; unit conversions
- Geometry: angles, 2D/3D shapes, perimeter & area; patterns and symmetry
- Data & Reasoning: tables/graphs, word-problem heuristics with bar models
Outcomes
Fluent calculation, clear representation (models/diagrams), and resilient problem-solving habits, confidently applied to school examinations such as PSLE formats (Paper 1/2) and Upper-Primary assessments.
